- Original permit.
- Registration Certificate of the existing vehicle and the details of the CNG Kit proposed for retro-fitment.
- Fitness Certificate of the vehicle
- Insurance Certificate in respect of the vehicle
- Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
- Proof of payment of tax for of the vehicle and the vehicle for the current quarter.
