Application to be used
:
Form P.C.O.A.
as prescribed under rule 171(iv)of A.P.M.V.Rules, 1989.
2.
Records to be filed along with the application
:
Registration Certificate of the vehicle.
Fitness Certificate.
Proof of payment of tax for the current Quarter.
Insurance Certificate.
Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
3.
Fee to be paid
:
As prescribed
4.
Manner of payment of Fee
The fee can be paid directly in the office or in the bank through a Treasury challan.
Special Permit U/S.88(8) of M.V.Act, 1988.

Application to be used
:
Form P.T.O.V.A.
as prescribed under rule 171(v)of A.P.M.V.Rules.
2.
Records to be filed along with the application
:
Registration Certificate of the vehicle.
Fitness Certificate.
Insurance Certificate.
Proof of payment of tax if full quarterly tax is paid.
(or)
Demand draft for the required amount drawn in favour of Secretary / Regional Transport Authority concerned if the tax is paid on pro-rata basis.
Passenger's list in duplicate.
Contractor lettet in duplicate.
Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
