Certificate of the firm or
establishment copy of the
certificate issued by Labour
Department etc.

Fee to be paid |

- For
a Private Service Vehicle
with a seating capacity upto
13 in all, Rs.600/-.
- For
a Private Service Vehicle
with a seating capacity of
more than 13 in all Rs.900/-.

Manner of payment of Fee
|
: |
The fee shall be paid in the bank
through a Treasury challan.
|

Presentation of the application
|
: |
The application with all the enclosures
should be presented int the inward
section of the office.
