Procedure to be adopted for the grant and issue of Temporary and Pucca Pucca Carriage Permit is mentioned hereunder.

CONTRACT CARRIAGE PERMIT (TEMPORARY)

1. Application to be used : Form P.T.A. as prescribed under rule 171(iv)of A.P.M.V.Rules, 1989.
2. Documents to be enclosed to the Temporary Permit application :
  1. Registration Certificate of the vehicle.
  2. Fitness Certificate.
  3. Insurance Certificate.
  4. Proof of paymant of tax if the tax is paid for the entire Quarter.
    (or)
    Demand drafts towards payment of drawn in favour of tax drawn in favour of Secretary, Regional Transport Authority concerned for    the amount required to be paid if the tax is paid on pro-rata basis.
3. Fee to be paid : Rs.100/-
4. Manner of payment of Fee : The fee can be paid directly in the office or in the bank through a Treasury challan.
5. Presentation of the application : The application with all the enclosures should be presented int the inward section of the office.
