In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 9 of the A.P.M.V.T.Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963) As Amended From Time To Time, The Governor Of Andhra Pradesh Orders That In Respect Of Motro Vehicles For which life time tax is prescribed under the A.P.M.V.Taxation (amendment) act, 1987 (act 15 of 1987) not withstanding anything contained in the said Amendment Act, only quarterly tax or proportionate tax for one month or two months, as the case may be, shall be collected as per the rates prescribed for such vehicles under the notification issued by the Government under the first schedule of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 when the vehicles are delivered to residents of outside the state of Andhra Pradesh and are intended to leave the State of Andhra Pradesh after obtaining temporary registration in the State of Andhra Pradesh. |
