that for Tractor Trailor combinations owned by agriculturists
not used for hire or reward, the compounding fee
shall be 50% of the rates prescribed in column (4)
above.
Provided further that the compounding fee for an
offence shall not exceed the maximum fine prescribed
in the relevant penal section.
