Exempted from Tax for 5 years.

In
exercise of the powers conferred by the
fourth proviso to subsection (2) of Section
3 of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation
Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Government
of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption
from payment of tax under the said Act in
respect of motor vehicles operated with
battery / compressed natural gas / solar
energy for a period of five years from the
date of registration of such vehicles.
